We’re so excited to announce the 2013 I Heart Faces Conference Date and Location!!
We hope you can join us in Columbus, Ohio this October for one heck of a weekend event. We’ll have photography workshops, photo teaching sessions, an awesomely fun kick-off party, lessons from great photographers, inspiring speakers, a photo walk, plus breakfast and lunch will be included at the Saturday conference.
We are also thrilled to have our entire Creative Team of photographers joining us as speakers and teachers at our Ohio Conference! These ladies (in addition to many other photographer, speakers and teachers) are putting together classes, lessons, shooting sessions and discussion panels that will appeal to every level of photographer. Whether you are just starting out in photography, are considering starting your own business, or if you would like to make your business stronger and more effective…there will be classes for you!
Please keep checking our conference website as we continue to add more details throughout the next few months. Registration info will be announced soon and tickets will go on sale this spring.
We are doing our best to keep this event super affordable so everyone who wants to attend, can make it. We hope you will save the date!
We are happy to reveal Tamara Lackey as our keynote speaker!
Tamara Lackey (@TamaraLackey) is a portrait photographer whose work has been described as “expressive, soulful, funny, beautiful” and has appeared in a multitude of publications, from O Magazine to Men’s Journal and Parenting Magazine. Her imagery has also been showcased on ABC’s The Martha Stewart Show, ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, CNN’s Anderson, and NBC’s The Today Show.
Tamara hosts The reDefine Show, a biweekly web series about the many paths to creative success. She also co-produced and hosted “Inside Contemporary Children’s Photography” and the Booklist Editors’ award-winning media production, “Capturing Life Through (Better) Photography”. Tamara speaks regularly at conventions and shows, teaching a variety of courses on creative entrepreneurship, photography, and work-life balance/lifestyle convergence. The author of five books, her latest two are “Envisioning Family”, and “The Posing Playbook”.

Wow!!!! What an exciting opportunity. I will be shooting a wedding the weekend of the conference, but I have already cleared my schedule for next year (I know there will be another, too great not to) So I look forward to hearing all about this one, and very much look forward to attending 2014!!!! YAY!!!
