My favorite subject for photos are food, more specifically what I have eaten while traveling. By having food shots, I can recall the emotional reaction to each meal. I lead the path to food shots, always getting the strange looks as the flash would go off but now look how many do it!

Probably true of so many, but my kids are my favorite subject to photograph.

I love to photograph nature. Seeing the beautiful trees, animals, flowers or the unique way the snow lands on the bushes/trees. It is God’s country but ours to enjoy. I like to share sunsets, sunrises and dew on the grass. I love to take pictures of my children’s innocent faces, and reactions. I love babies.

My favourite subject for photos are the pure moments of love and happiness. I carry my camera everywhere with me and watch carefully to notice these beautiful moments in the nature, in people’s faces, in the silent morning light and warm sunsets..

My favourite subject to photograph is people. I especially enjoy families and couples. I find it rewarding to capture the unique personalities and story of people. I love capturing a unique expression or a candid moment. My interest in photographing people is the main reason why I have become such a big fan of I Heart Faces. I have learned so much from this blog and am trying to save up so that I can attend a future conference. I am really excited at the possibility of winning the Nikon 1 J1: I currently own a Canon DSLR and I think I would appreciate having a smaller camera to carry in my purse to capture everyday, random, unexpected shots of the people around me.

I love taking photos of anything captivating. It’s most fun to get emotion in my opinion. Love kids and adults who are open to getting their photo taken.
