I took my photo #175 while doing a senior portrait session at my house. My sitting room has large bay windows and it is up a couple of steps. It has been converted from an office to a photography studio simply because of the lighting. The windows face south, but the indirect lighting is still pretty good.
The white fluffy rug was only 19.96 at Sam’s Club and it is so cute to photograph.
I haven’t entered for a while, but thought this matched the theme pretty well. I love looking at and commenting on the other entries!

#465 – I just took this photo over the weekend of a friend of mine who is trying to get into modeling. When I saw that this week’s challenge was “white” I instantly knew that I had to enter this photo. I think it’s one of my best ones yet. I’m improving with every photoshoot I do. This is also my first entry into this contest. There are so many gorgeous shots from everyone! I can’t wait to see who the top 10 are!

OOPS entered twice. Safari wasn’t posting it, but when I got on Firefox it was there twice… #480 and #485. We own two ATA Martial Arts schools and recently we had a testing at the beach. It was pretty awesome!
My photo was taken about a month ago..one night while sitting at home I got the idea to dress my daughter up in a gown she had worn to a pageant, put my knee high converse on her and do a mild goth make-up job for some fun and funky pics. The one I really like the best from that shoot was in black and white, so I was unable to use it, the one I chose to use “Stairway Closed” is my second favorite. I think they all turned out rather awesome though.

This was a shoot of a friends triplets, 2 boys and 1 beautiful girl. This was one of the first shots of the session – they were so interested in looking around. How fortunate I was to be able to do this – 3 of a kind! There were some interesting moments during that shoot with 3 newborns – literally a 3 ring circus!
I posted a picture of my Hailey Bug at two weeks old. She snuggled up to this little white lamb blanket thing, and promptly went to sleep. I was trying to get pictures of her with her eyes open. Well, you see how well that worked.
I did a styled shoot with this fantastic model and a good friend of mine. Entry #455. We were at a historic house in downtown Prescott, AZ. I loved every minute of it. This was one of my favorites from that session.
My entry (444) Birthday Twirl is of my daughter dancing and twirling in the sunset. She just received a birthday present from her aunt that was a beautiful wedding dress for dressup fun…she couldn’t wait to try it on and have fun with it. My parents have a beautiful wildflower garden so I decided to take some pictures while she twirled away to her hearts content….
The photo is called Angel. It’s my little man who keeps getting subjected to our dress-up photo shoots. I figure we can show them all at his wedding! And he is truly our little angel.

My entry is #428 – it was one of my first attempts at a self-portrait with a tripod outside in the snow. Fun.
Entry 403 or thereabouts, Little Owl. I just love those big brown eyes and the way the white and pink pop against the green background. She may not be smiling but she’s super cute!

I really wish the rules for entering these challenges were clearly written out on ONE page only. I keep entering, only to find on a different page of rules that I entered incorrectly. Not sure why it needs to be so difficult. I hope I did it right this time…. I uploaded to flickr, put the link instead of the button in (although I managed to add the button to the comments section), permalinked correctly, the photo is a color photo of a face… no idea why it keeps getting deleted.
I’m #39, Live, Love, Travel, I shot this picture of my good friend Lindsay, who wanted some pretty, “dreamy” looking pictures. I was happy with the result!
My entry was taken today… My daughter, 5 days after open heart surgery, now back at HOME!

My “White” photo is one that I took just over a week ago at my little brother’s wedding. His new wife has become one of my best friends and I Love how this picture came out. I love how the flower in her hair is also white. This is my very first time entering in your contest I thought this contest would be the perfect one to try on
