Sorry about that, it’s actually #179, Baby Love. #395 is a picture of my son who is two and my newborn daughter. He started out as a foster kitty but became a forever kitty. #425 – Buds for Life!

These two children had never met despite their mother’s 23-year friendship. Inspiring how young children connect at such an authentic level, sincerely and without pretense.

#183-BFFs is a picture of my 23 month old son and his buddy Austin laying a big wet one on each other. These boys have always been preciously affectionate with one another, regularly stopping what they’re doing for hugs and the occasional kiss. I snapped this picture when the boys were playing in Austin’s crib together…both sets of parents were attempting to put the two boys to bed, but they were being so funny and sweet together that all four of us just wound up sitting on the floor and watching the boys go completely bonkers. I had an idea how much I would love having a child, but I’m just learning how much I love seeing them love others.

#229: these two little girls have been friends since they were 1 1/2 and they were 6 in the photo. The girl in the back is my daughter. They don’t go to school together anymore, but they are still great friends and pick up right where they left off.
#318 is my photo of my daughter, Hana, with her kitten, Waffle. We were fostering Waffle and some other kittens, and Waffle just stole Hana’s heart. He started out as a foster kitty but became a forever kitty. He is a great little kitten who fits perfectly in our family. The kids all love him, and he is kept very busy playing with his kids.
#425 – Buds for Life! I took this shot last weekend and was so excited that it fit perfectly into this challenge!
I’m #430 – Lulu’s Loves. I LOVED this challenge and actually had a difficult time deciding between 4 pictures. I kept going back to the one of my granddaughter and her aunt (my younger daughter). Something about it just kept speaking to me. I love the composition and the little bit of texture I used in the editing. There are so GREAT, GREAT entries this week, as with all weeks.

#437 is a photo of my twin girls taken last night! I’m really bummed because my iheartfaces membership is pending approval and I don’t have a blog (yet). I was hoping to get my photo submitted in time to be included.
Photo entry #419 “SeCreTs”~~ CAPTURES friends & that safe place to tell secrets… the freedom to tell knowing the secret will be kept. The giggles. The trust. The bond of friendship captured of my daughter & one of her besties whispering secrets sittin’ sit by side in their backyard.
I’ve known the 8 girls in my pictures since they were little. They’ve been best friends for life and I’ve loved watching them grow into amazingly beautiful and talented women!
#395 is a picture of my son who is two and my newborn daughter. I was worried that he wouldn’t like the new addition to the family, and was relieved when he accepted her and loved her from the moment he saw her. He loves taking care of her and is the sweetest big brother you could ask for.
(Re: my photo “1, 2, 3 Jump”) This was too fun not to enter! I love my girlfriends like sisters and spending time with them helps me keep my life in balance. This was a fun Friday at the pool where we were being silly. The pool is like life, sometimes you just have to jump in with both feet and go from there!
