I chose this entry because my friend’s son has the bluest eyes every and the fact that his eyes match the color of the cupcake icing really cracked me up and made this photo unforgettable to me. It’s the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw this challenge. This is my first challenge, so I’m all atwitter anyhow!

696…this is my first time ever entering!
I am #687, Wonderment.
The photo was taken on vacation in Aruba with my daughter. She was getting her hair braided by a local woman on the beach. The way she was gazing at the comb, playing with the hair beads, and just taking in this whole experience at 4 years of age, it was really a state of Wonderment.

Oh Shoot! I totally tried to enter my photo in the “beautiful eyes” photo challenge, but I guess I waited to long, and I wasn’t able to figure out how to do it in time…DARN IT! I will try again next time! Loving all the entries!

First time entering and Im so excited! The picture I chose was from a Smash Cake session I did with a set of twins! It was so fun and both the twins eyes are to die for, truly stunning! Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did

I entered my photo yesterday and this was the first time I have ever entered a photo contest and I am very excited I learned about I Heart Faces in the process. Looking forward to many more entries! This girl had the greatest eyes but to make it look even more exotic and timeless, I treated it to some special black and white, high contrast editing.
Well, right now I am #1216…..about 7 away from the last entry! I just love this challenge and as most folks, had a difficult time deciding. Just went with my gut on this one and I do truly love it!

I shared a picture that I took of my son on the beach last summer. It has a fun perspective. I was standing behind him and had him look up at me because I wanted to capture him with his feet in the sand. It was a neat shot, but upside down since I was standing behind him, so I flipped it, and then edited out my foot and towel that were in the corner of the shot, and the edge of a yellow bucket … to get the nice clean shot that I would love to frame on my wall.
This is my first submission as well. I entered “Angel Eyes” as my favourite photo that captures some super beautiful eyes.
Just wanted to let you know that earlier I couldn’t get my link to work, and I kept trying. Then it worked, but all the attempts showed up. Sorry, not trying to add more than one to the mix

As soon as I saw the topic I knew exactly what picture I had to enter. This is one of my favorites taken of my son at the ice rink.
I just discovered I Heart Faces recently and this is my first post. I am in awe of some of the beautiful photos. Kudos!!
My photo is one of my daughter. She is a dancer and this was one of the head-shots I took for a production she was choreographing.
This was my first entry and I was so excited to see that I did it right! My entry is called “I See Three” and it is a photo of three really sweet eyed little critters. When I saw the theme of this week’s challenge, I immediately thought of this picture. One of my favorites!
Wow! There’s a ton of entries! I’m 1179 (Stardust). I had a hard time trying to decided which photo to enter as I took a ton today focusing on my eyes. =) In the end I went with a close up of my eyes while hiding behind a scarf. It’s so close that the flecks of gold in the center of my eye look like stardust…hence the name.
This is my first time entering the contest. My entry is my youngest son who is quite the ham!
Check out his mischievous eyes! He was trying to get in the picture when I was actually trying to take pictures of my neighbor! LOL

Hello! I am so excited to be entering for the first time! I’ve been a huge I Heart Faces fan for a long time, but was never brave enough to get through the entering process
I finally decided to jump in and enter Beautiful Eyes, because I knew I had the perfect photo that I wanted to share.

I am captivated by eyes and used to photograph my children’s eyes all the time, but I’d gotten in a rut of taking pictures of only things, not people. So when I saw this challenge, I thought, “Why not?” (And it gave me the nudge I needed to finally do my littlest one’s 6 month pictures!)
