Our photo challenges are open for entries on Mon & Tues (until 9:00 pm CST). To be considered as a winner of this week’s challenge, you can only have ONE photo in your entry. Please make sure that you add our button to your blog post as well so that you’ll be eligible to win!

Its just a picture of my daughter lying on her tummy in the grass. Its one of my favorite pictures as she is 6 months old and she looks so happy!!
I cannot view my entry, has it been delated? What did I do wrong?
Kay is my 8 1/2 month niece, she has the biggest, brightest, blue eyes you have ever seen. She has an amazing personality and wherever we go she makes people smile. My entry is #73 “Blue Eyes”, it was taken in my back yard. Kay was in her swing so I grabbed my camera and her head band and just started clicking away.
I barely made it in time! Number 515 is mine, “little arteest” My daughter is a very creative little girl. Almost always laughing and smiling but today, she was very serious about painting. So much fun!
Right now my entry is # 467. It’s a picture of my son @ the kids haircut place.

Right now my #is 504 hopefully I won’t be deleted this is the first time I have entered, I have been following awhile. My photo is bright and vivid, there is always great stuff here.

This is little Gavin. He was 4 days old when we captured his adorable little face in this image. I usually shoot in the studio using strobes for lighting, but on this day we went out to their house for the newborn session. They have a gorgeous house with great big windows. The windows were letting in this fantastic light that was beautiful and this was the result. One of my favorites for sure!

My photo was taken at the lake this weekend! I love the bright, summery hues that frame two very special people in the picture- my parents. Good luck everyone!
My photo is number 487. I took this photo during a vacation to my in-laws by their pool on a bright sunny day in California! The vivid comes in with my latest crochet project…a rainbow colored blanket. Let me know what you think.
My entry #380 is titled Daycare style
Obviously the color of this photo fits the bright & vivid criteria, but so does her personality. She would often wear her zebra print tutu to daycare along with an array of rocker-girl outfits. There were SO many of just this one child to choose from 
Her expression just grabs me. I love this picture for so many reasons. These photos were actually taken as surprises for their moms for Mother’s Day. It was so much fun!
My image is #464. What a fun challenge! Summer is such a great time for bright sundresses and vivid photo props, so that’s what I chose to feature in my portrait.

When I read the guidelines I knew right away I wanted to enter a photo from one of my latest sessions… I had the pleasure of doing a session with a truly wonderful family last week. As you can see, their daughter Taylor is just gorgeous! I just fell i love with her bright blue eyes, beautiful wavy hair and the way she can captivate you in every image taken of her! As much as this image is “Bright & Vivid”, I just love how it is so peaceful and full of tranquility as well.

Love the theme. I tend to process my pictures softer and less vivid, so this was a great challenge for me to choose a picture that works well vivid.

Woo-hoo!!! Everything is up and working. I am entry #435. My 2 and 3 year old were playing in the sand at the beach. That was a great day!

My sparkly-eyed two year old daughter! She was enjoying a splash in the pool
What is going on with this site? Yesterday it wouldn’t recognize my individual blog post for the contest, so I had to put the blogspot.com entry. It accepted that, even though I knew it was wrong. Today, my photo is gone, and NONE of the photos show, nor will it let me re-enter my photo. Very frustrating!

I had so much fun shooting pictures of this little one year old. As I was editing, I realized that with her bright pink outfit and the vivid green grass, each picture was like a fresh slice of watermelon! What a cutie! My entry is currently #404.

My entry is number #401. I just love the joyful expression on my daughter’s face here! She turned 3 this day, so we went out to our local lake for a few pictures…..she also got the dress that day for a birthday gift, and immediately wanted to put it on. I thought both the colors and the expression on her face fit the bold & vivid challenge well! Thanks so much! ;0)
#384 & 385 are mine, the linky tool said it made a mistake and to try again so I did, I didn’t mean to double post.
But I couldn’t have asked for a better day on this photo! The clouds were literally that perfect! He just came home from Afghanistan and he is leaving on Thursday to finish his tour. They are such a sweet couple that will be getting married next year. To me this is just bright and vivid and actually some of the best work I have done to date for I am only in this now for about a year. Hope you enjoy it and good luck to everyone!

This is my lively granddaughter as she prepares to enter her “I Can Do It Myself” stage at the age of not quite 18 months. Oh boy, I think we have it in store for this cutie. She was determined to climb onto the new stool I bought her all by herself and she did. She not only lights up this picture with her vivid clothes, but lights up this Gramma’s life as well!
