Creative Chalk Photos - I Heart Faces Photo Challenge Winners

Wasn’t it fun having Drew Bittel hang out with us as our Guest Photographer Judge this week?  She is such a wonderful photographer and the theme of “Chalk” seemed perfect for her style of photography!

{If you had time to check out her fabulous Momtog website, you might have noticed the two beautiful manuals she has created – the UNmanual and the UNposing Guide.  Be sure to watch Angie’s blog next week for a special giveaway from Drew…someone will be winning BOTH manuals to add to their creative collection!}

The chalk entries were so insanely fun and creative.  We feel like we have so many new ideas to incorporate into our own portrait photography now! Drew narrowed them down and chose these as her favorites…

First Place: Three Ring Circus
Drew wrote: Who knew so many creative things could be done with chalk? I’m totally inspired by all of these entries! Out of all the photos this is the one that really caught my eye. I kept going back to it and thinking to myself that I wish I had a picture just like this of my son. It’s SO much fun and totally original. Love his expression. Love the mom (or dads) hands holding him up. I feel like I got a glimpse inside his imagination. I love everything about it!

A Friendly Reminder: To be able to be considered as a winner for our photo challenges, you must follow these guidelines…

1| Only ONE photo can be in your entry post. There were several entries this week that had more than one photo so we weren’t able to pass them on to this week’s judge. :(
2| Our button must be in your post (you can find our buttons on our “Grab a Button” page.)
3| You must enter a permalink to your blog post or Flickr entry (not a link to the home page of your blog.)

@Marley-Thanks so much! Go for it! It would make for an awesome announcement! Both our boys have L’s in their names and any other kids we have will have to too haha. It would work with a “t” and “y” also
