It’s Fix-It Friday, a weekly event where our contributors edit the same photo and readers can join the fun by editing their own and linking to the party! Today we’ll be using a photo that Amy Locurto took of her beautiful little girl. It was one in a series of photos but this one had some blur/focusing issues that we thought it would be good to practice our sharpening skills with. :)

Our Beginner Photographer class has a lot more openings in it and there is still plenty of space left. We cannot wait to meet you all there!

Dana, Susan and Michelle: Lovely editing u all did. Amy’s daughter is just beautiful. The sharpening of her eyes made them twinkle and just connects with me *smiles*. I especially love the second version of what Dana did. Loving the canvas texture! Thank you…

And, hahahahaha! Dana, I adore your “written diarrhea” …
And I really liked how you used one of Michelle’s photo veils to create a “canvas”.

I love all of your fixes. What a cute girl! My favorite fix has to be Susan Keller’s. Beautiful.
Oh fun! I love it when you all fix my photos… this one was needing some help, especially with the blurry eyes. Looking forward to seeing what everyone does. So far the contributors are fabulous. Thanks ladies:-)
WTG Ladies! You all have some mad sharpening skills going on. Wow!
P.S. Dana…so glad that you enjoy walks on the beach and long-stemmed roses. lol! You totally cracked me up with that.
I love all the edits But Dana’s is my Favorite :]
These are great edits! Dana: I like the way the B&W really popped her eyes! And Susan, you’re a photo flipper! I never think to do that, it’s amazing the difference it makes. Michelle, I love the brushes you added.
