It’s Fix-It Friday, a weekly event where our contributors edit the same photo and readers can join the fun by editing their own and linking to the party! Today we’ll be using a quick shot that Angie took of her daughter. It was chosen for FIF because it presents some significant problems that will need to be “fixed” and because it will give everyone a great challenge this week. :)

LOVE the scrapbook page… I need to start doing those!
The other two were great too! I changed the sky in one of my edits just because I thought it was too blown out (blah) but it works with the monochrome edits well.

Great job on Jessica’s edit. I feel like it really turned the feel of the image into more of a great summertime shot.

So sorry! In my comment above I accidentally wrote that I was #75! I am actually #74!!
Love all the edits!
This is my first time as well and I had a great time doing my edits! I am brand new to photoshop and Lightroom and have been spending a lot of time practicing lately so this was perfect for me! I am really looking forward to doing one each week! I am #75 on the list and used textures for two of my edits
I have been browsing through all of the other edits as well and I am learning so much! Thank you all for this wonderful opportunity!
This is my first time submitting anything to fix-it-friday (mine is #45 on the list) and I would just like to comment on how much I enjoyed doing it! I am always fussing at my own work and being a perfectionist, but with this I had a lot of fun and pushed my limits a little. Its good to give yourself time to do that, because if not you’re just stuck making the same corrections that you have always done (which I pigeonholed my self into).
I will definitely be participating in the future, its so great to see all of this creativity from all of the participants!
Dana- I always love your scrapbook pages. You inspire me to get with it on doing more creative things with my photos:-)
