This image has fantastic clarity and focus! Honestly, there are many ways you could process it but I really preferred to process with just a few enhancements. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful image with us Angie… he’s such an adorable little guy.
My processing began in Lightroom, where I first cropped the image. Then I ran One Willow Preset- Lovely. The image looked like this after the crop and preset…
Then I exported out of Lightroom and opened the image in Photoshop and ran Mademoiselle from Florabella Collection at 28% opacity.
I noticed some blue tinting in the white of his eyes so created an adjustment layer using Selective Color- ‘whites’ and played with the sliders until I was pleased with the color. I used a layer mask inverted (command I on my mac) and with a soft brush painted the layer over just the areas of the eyes that needed it.
In my last glances I felt like I still had a tint of a green color cast (possibly from somewhere in my processing) so I created another adjustment layer using levels and tweeked the red histogram slightly adding in more reds.
To finish, I duplicated the original background layer and ran Noise Reduce- creating a layer mask to erase over the eyes and hair to preserve the details.
Lastly, I sharpened it.
